HTVRONT Machine Warranty

If your HTVRONT machine under regular use has malfunctioned and is diagnosed by HTVRONT as a poor product, we will exchange it with a new original one or a new machine functionally equivalent to the original;

If your HTVRONT machine under regular use has malfunctioned and is diagnosed by HTVRONT as functionally or components damaged, we will repair it free of charge with new original parts or new parts functionally equivalent to the original;

If the returned HTVRONT machine is diagnosed by HTVRONT as functionally normal and will not affect regular use, the refund/return request will be rejected.

HTVRONT machine is guaranteed for free maintenance within one year from the date of purchase, and HTVRONT accessories (such as heat insulation pads, Teflon sheet, etc.) are within three months from the date of purchase.

Please use the original packaging or packaging with the same protection while returning the machine for recycling or repair.

If you need a Warranty service, please provide the Warranty card and purchasing invoice.

Once the Warranty card or purchasing invoice has been defaced, the Warranty is deemed invalid.

The Warranty card and purchasing invoice shall be reserved carefully and cannot be redeemed when lost.

Malfunctions caused by improper use, maintenance, and storage by consumers;

Malfunctions caused by self-repair or dismantling by those who do not undertake the three-guarantee repair without the permission of our company;

Products that can continue to be used after repair when the Warranty expires;

Damage caused by force majeure.

Products with no Warranty card or purchasing invoice.
